Friendship Outreach, Inc. is a ministry by a family for the family -- children, teens, moms & dads, husbands & wives, even singles. The programs of Friendship Outreach, Inc. are wholesome, entertaining, educational, and Christ-honoring.
The dream for a unique outreach to all members of the family began in 1985. Friendship Outreach, Inc. was born in 1989. Since then, Doc & Connie have shared God's message of hope from coast to coast and in several foreign countries.
All programs of Friendship Outreach can be tailor-made to fit the needs of almost any group, no matter how unique. The organization is professionally trained to provide support and resources in areas of family, marriage, parenting, crisis, and so on. In addition to the teaching, training, and evangelistic programs, Friendship Outreach is represented by the gospel music ministry of Doc & Connie Spurlin.
Finances
Friendship Outreach, Inc. is a non-profit organization, registered under IRS guidelines 501(c)(3) to provide evangelistic, educational, and support services. No fees are "charged" for the programs offered, but are conducted on a freewill offering basis. However, there may be times when fees will be requested to cover expenses and costs for certain types of programs. Our desire is to be used of God to meet your needs.

Doc & Connie have been singing together for more than 30 years, and have presented concert programs from east coast to west coast and from Canada to Florida. They have shared the stage with some of Gospel music's finest artists, and have been featured guests on radio and television. Their first national single, released in 1996, charted in both the gospel and country fields, and received air play in markets throughout the United States and in ten foreign countries. All proceeds of a Doc & Connie program are donated to the ministry of Friendship Outreach, Inc.
Whether a teaching conference, seminar, or music concert, each program is designed with the family in mind, and is a wholesome way for a family to spend an evening together. And you can almost always expect a visit from Doc's red-headed puppet friend, Rusty!
